I. Fill out our contact form
Please include your name, wedding date, location, and any additional info that you think would be helpful for us to know. After submitting, you should hear back from us within 24 hours. We can get to know each other and we can answer any questions you may have for us.
II. Choose a package
Upon confirming our availability for your date, we'll provide you with our comprehensive wedding guide. Packed with helpful tips, it's designed to assist you in planning the timeline of your big day, which will help you determine the amount of photography coverage needed. Following this, we'll send you the booking link for the package of your choice.
III. II. Sign Contract + Pay Retainer
To secure your date with us, you simply need to sign our contract and pay a non-refundable $1000 retainer. This can easily be done through our convenient online booking link. Once these steps are complete, your date will be officially reserved on our calendar, and the count down begins!
When it gets closer to the wedding
Wedding Questionnaire
As the big day approaches, We will send you a fun questionnaire to fill out to get all the details. This includes important information for us to know such as, timeline, family photo list, special things that you are incorporating that you would like photographed, etc.
FAQ
How many photos will we receive?
We are firm believers of quality over quantity, however we don't limit the number of photos we deliver. Typically our clients get 500-1000 or more photos from their day, depending on duration of coverage.
How will I receive me photos?
You photos will be delivered to you digitally. Turnaround time for weddings is about 3 weeks. You'll receive an email from us containing a link to your online gallery that is password protected. You'll have the option to download photos that are sized best for print and also ones that are sized best to keep on your digital devices.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Columbia, TN and yes, we love to travel! We may require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.
